Edit: I was going to give a couple stars because the people are nice enough, but after reading other bad reviews matching my same experience and seeing the cookie cutter corporate responses, that's gonna be a no go for me. Pretty good spot to take your vehicle in for oil changes. My engine has been kicking and they said it was a cracked motor mount. I paid them $400 and they put in a new motor mount but the engine still kicks πŸ˜‘ I don't know if it was diagnosed incorrectly but now I'm down $400 and the issue persists. I live paycheck to paycheck and wouldn't have prioritized that money if I knew it wouldn't fix the problem. I'll take it to my main mechanic when I have the extra cash since they're more thorough on these kinds of issues. Wish they would've tested it after installing the mount and filled me in on the problem not being fixed.

Been here and the Murray location, both fantastic. This location is larger and quicker in my opinion. All mechanics involved did a great job. Came in with a Hyundai Genesis v6 2012 for an oil change and look over. Super quick and easy going employees. Erik Penrose

Don’t come here if you don’t want to be scammed! I thought this place was awesome. Great reviews, they’ll send you videos as they work on your car to explain what’s wrong, and seem like genuine people. But they WILL take advantage of you if you’re not well versed in mechanics. I spent nearly $1,000 to replace two leaky oil gaskets. I didn’t know better. Found out later that’s an absurd price. My car was still having issues with overheating, so I took it back in. They ended up telling me my radiator needed to be replaced and would cost another $1,000 after parts and labor. That felt insane. I ended up asking someone I know who has experience as a mechanic, and he was infuriated. He looked at my car for me and told me he thought it was simply the thermostat that needed replacing, which he ended up doing for me. He was right. My car runs perfectly now. Guess how much that cost? $92. As opposed to $1,000. I’ll never come here again, at least not for more than an oil change, and neither should you. I hate that I gave them that much for those gaskets. They milked me for all I had, in this economy. I despise places like this. It’s vile. I would’ve saved hundreds. Stay far away from here.

I am writing to formally request a refund for the mechanic work recently performed on my vehicle at [Business Name] Precision Tune Auto Care Despite paying for repairs, the vehicle remains in the same condition as when it was brought in. When I requested to see the old parts that were supposedly replaced, I was told they had already been thrown away, and the shop has provided no proof that any work was actually performed. Given that the issues persist and there is no evidence of service, I am requesting a full refund of $[Amount]. I believe it is important for customers to be treated fairly and to receive the services they pay for. I hope we can resolve this matter promptly.

Fast and efficient work. They had me in and out in under 20 minutes with an oil change, bumper to bumper inspection and a detailed video clip of some of the existing issues with my vehicle, and a suggested remedy on how to address it. Marli and her team exhibited professionalism and a friendliness that was authentic and showcased there authentic dedication to there craft and helping there customers. Awesome experience, I'd recommend them to anyone!!! Lavell P.
